Stages of the IronMan in Marbella this 2024
An Ironman is made up of 3 races: swimming, cycling and running. These are the characteristics of each of the races in this edition.
Swimming
The Ironman Marbella 2024 swim course starts and finishes on Levante Beach in Puerto Banús. It includes a 1.9km course (the equivalent of 1.2 miles).
Once swimmers exit the course, they will have to make a left turn and 2 right turns to return to the swim start.

cycling
The bike course will also be very demanding, so it will only be suitable for those who have really trained.
It comprises a course of 90 kilometres (exactly 56 miles).
The start of the circuit is on the Golden Mile, just before entering the city of Marbella.
Participants will have to pass through towns such as Monda, Coín and Cártama before returning to the transition that will take them to Puerto Banús. This is where the race will finish.
Running
The final challenge of Ironman Marbella 2024 is the running challenge. It is on par with the previous two events in terms of difficulty.
The course comprises a total of 2 laps with a length of 21.1 km (equivalent to 13.1 miles). It is located along the promenade of Marbella.
As a curiosity, the race will finish at a point very close to the sea.
Spectators will be able to cheer on the participants at all times to make it easier for them to reach the finish line.
