IronMan stages in Marbella this 2024
An Ironman is made up of 3 races: swimming, cycling and running. These are the characteristics of each of the races in this edition.
Swimming
The Ironman Marbella 2024 swim course starts and finishes at Levante Beach in Puerto Banús. It includes a circuit with a length of 1.9 km (the equivalent of 1.2 miles).
Once the swimmers start on the course, they will have to make a left turn and 2 right turns to return to the swim start.

Bicycle
The bike course will also be very demanding, so it will only be suitable for those who have really trained.
Comprende un circuito con una extensión de 90 kilómetros (exactamente de 56 millas).
El inicio del circuito lo encontramos en la Milla de Oro, justo antes de entrar en la ciudad de Marbella.
Participants will have to pass through municipalities such as Monda, Coín and Cártama before returning to the transition that will take them to Puerto Banús. This is where the race will end.
Running
The last challenge of the Ironman Marbella 2024 is running. It is on a par with the previous two events in terms of difficulty.
The circuit comprises a total of 2 laps with a length of 21.1 km (equivalent to 13.1 miles). It is located along the promenade of Marbella.
As a curiosity, the race will finish at a point very close to the sea.
Spectators will be able to cheer on the participants at all times to make it easier for them to reach the finish line.
