CANCELLATION & RESERVATIONS POLICY, AND GENERAL INFORMATION
- All treatments must be booked 24 hours in advance. Confirmations are made DIRECTLY with the Om Equilibrium centre by Whatsapp ONLY. The telephone numbers are 633 300 520 and 630 852 760.
- Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the reservation price. NO-SHOWS without prior notification, will be charged 100% of the price of the service booked.
- Om Equilibrium (Health & Wellness) at Benabola hotel, is open to hotel guests and to external customers.
- Customers are kindly requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointments so that they take full advantage of the time that they have booked. Any late-shown to your appointment will be shorten directly from your treatment time.
- The availability of a particular therapist, or gender, cannot be guaranteed. All Om Equilibrium therapists either male or female, are highly qualified professionals, equally capable and have a high knowledge in depth of all treatments. Any of them will make your experience an unforgettable moment of well-being.
- For your safety, treatments must not be taken with a full stomach and will not be made to any client who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please let us know of any physical condition, pregnancy, hypertension, allergy or injury that might affect the service, when you make your reservation
