OUR PARKING SERVICE
Our parking area is located in the basement of the Benabola complex. Here we will leave you a guide of the steps to follow in order to access our parking area when you visit us for the first time.
- When you reach the main roundabout in Puerto Banus (fountain), there is an underground parking entrance on your right.
- Pick up your access ticket from the ticket machine and the barrier will open.
- Keep driving until you reach the end of the parking garage.
- On your left, you will see a second access barrier with a small bell on your left.
- Press it and you will talk to our reception staff who will give you access once they verify your identity.
- Park your car near the reception entrance, which is clearly visible from the car park.
- Go to Reception and check in with your passport.
- Our staff will tell you where your room or suite is, in which block, etc. So you can pick up your bags from the car.
Official Tesla charging point
At the Hotel Benabola parking lot we have Tesla charging points for electric cars. At Benabola Hotel & Apartments Puerto Banus we are conscious of the environment and for this reason we have an official Tesla car charger.
