IronMan stages in Malaga this 2026
An Ironman is made up of 3 races: swimming, cycling and running. These are the characteristics of each of the races in this edition.
Swimming
Swimmers will complete the swimming stage in the Port of Málaga, with a single lap in calm waters.
Bicycle
The cycle route will also be very demanding, so it will only be suitable for those who have trained properly.
Participants will have to complete a round trip of approximately 90 km along the Mediterranean coast. The return point will be at Paseo del Parque.
Running
The final challenge of Ironman Málaga 2026 is the run. It is on a par with the two previous events in terms of difficulty.
This year, the run will consist of two laps along the Malagueta seafront promenade.
